Release

0.9.0

This release ships a handful of quality-of-life improvements around the MCP tools, and we added an "Advanced" section to the mailbox form so more server-connection settings are at hand.

New

When you add a mail server, the Advanced section now offers an option to allow insecure certificates. That makes it possible to connect mail servers with a self-signed or otherwise invalid certificate.

A future release will add the option to register your own CA as a trust point, or to mark a specific certificate as trusted by its fingerprint. For self-signed certificates in particular that can make real security sense.

Improved

  • ChatGPT had trouble fetching attachments through the signed URL. We fixed that.
  • The MCP tool catalog is now identical across all plans. If a function isn't included in your current plan, you'll see a clear error message when you try to use it.
  • Several MCP tool descriptions and metadata (destructive / idempotent / openWorld hints) were adjusted as part of preparing a fresh submission of our MCP server to OpenAI.
  • A few login-related bugfixes.
  • Updated and expanded a few places in the help center.
  • Small issues on the website and in the checkout flow were fixed.
